An Altitude Baseline Assessment runs for approximately 30 minutes, this initial client assessment allows us to collect important data in how your body responds to our simulated altitude environment where the percentage of oxygen is lowered. It is not a fitness test but a monitored exercise session performed on one of our Wattbikes or treadmills. We monitor your heart rate and blood oxygen levels via an oximeter placed on your finger while you perform mild to moderate exercise in our Altitude room. The results allow us to recommend the best type of fitness program for each individual.
